No Credit Car Loan

If you have been looking for a No Credit Car Loan, you are probably a little concerned at this point, about whether or not you will really be able to find one. If you’ve never had a car in your name already, it will probably be harder to get a loan. Though the situation might be challenging, success is not impossible. There are ways that you can still succeed when you have no payment history with any creditors.

There are a few auto loan companies that will provide loans to just about anyone. These sub-prime lenders will extend a loan to you if you have proof of income, and can make a down-payment. Your down-payment will usually have to be between $1000 and $3000. A No Credit Car Loan will always be provided from companies like this.

If you still want to get a No Credit Car Loan from a different company, then you still have some hope. You might not have the money for the down-payment, or your work history could be much shorter than you’d like, so you might want to consider all of your options before you choose one of the sub-prime companies that will guarantee you a No Credit Car Loan. Though they all offer loans, the interest rate is usually pretty high–even when your down-payment is high to begin with. So you might want to save yourself a little bit of money.

Here are some steps you can take:

Apply for a major credit card, department store card or gas card. Try to get some sort of credit in your name, and get 2 month’s of payment under your belt. If you can 6 month’s to a year under your belt, this is even better.

This will give your potential creditors some idea of what you can bring to the table. If you have some credit history, this will allow the lenders to extend a more moderate interest rate to you, rather than a very large one. If you have no history, and they decide to take a chance on you, you will still have a very high rate of interest to pay. So showing some credit history is the best thing you can do.

While you’re maintaining this credit card, gas card or department store card, keep the balances very low. Keep it at like $20 a month, and pay your bill on time. Don’t use your credit as credit–ever. Never buy more than you can realistically afford to pay for. All your lender will see is a positive credit history, not that you’re only paying $20 a month for it.

When you are looking for No Credit Car Loan, just completely skip the dealer. The dealer financing is just not for you, unless the dealer is considered a sub prime lender. Don’t even worry about the dealer unless the dealer tells you up front–through a letter or some company initiated contact–that, ‘yes they want to provide you with credit,’ It’s a waste of energy.

If you have someone in your life that has a decent credit history, then ask them if they’d be willing to co-sign for you. Not many people are going to be willing to do this for you. Most of the time, only parents will do this for their young adult children, but even that consideration usually ends after a few years. If you do have someone in your life that cares about you enough to be a co-signor for you, then you are truly blessed. Using a co-signor will save you money in interest, and the dealer will probably extend you a No Credit Car Loan themselves.
